this hotel was perfect base for exploring madrid, greatly enjoyed it. the property's location was central, next to the metro station. tried some nice meals at yakitoro, located a few steps away from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is amazing, just off Plaza del and Gran Via. the bathroom in our double room was good. Its position next to the metro station was fantastic.

The location of Suites You Gran Via is absolutely perfect, situated in the heart of all the action. Being just a couple of minutes walk away from everything we needed made exploring the city so convenient. The system of unlocking doors using an app was modern and efficient, eliminating the need to carry around a physical key. The property itself was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

The location was absolutely mind-blowing - right on the bustling Gran Via, next to the metro station! The security at the building's door during the night was super reassuring, and the staff were incredibly kind and pleasant. They were always ready to help with anything we needed. Having the option of self check-in with the phone app was so convenient, and it made the whole process a breeze! The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, a small desk, a complete restroom, and even air conditioning. The online check-in experience was jaw-dropping, and there were no time limitations, allowing for maximum flexibility. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the convenience of luggage storage. our stay was absolutely fantastic, and we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this centrally located accommodation and had a hilarious experience with the balcony. When I arrived in my room, I realized that instead of a balcony overlooking the lively Gran Via, I had a view of a dull gap between buildings. It was like expecting VIP seats at a concert but ending up with a front-row view of an empty stage. It was such a funny mix-up that it made my stay memorable.

I recently stayed at Suites You on Gran Via for four nights and it was fantastic. The location was central, right on Gran Via and next to a metro station. The doorman provided a sense of safety and security. The easy access with the phone app to open doors made check-in and check-out process a breeze. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for my family of four. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I had a great experience at Suites You Gran Via.

I loved being so close to the nearest airport, I could practically hear the planes taking off! And the property being 200 metres from Gran Via Metro Station was such a treat, I got to experience the joys of crowded public transportation every day.

The noisy neighbors and construction work were the perfect soundtrack to my stay, really enhanced the ambiance.

I got great value for my money at Suites You Gran Via. The room was clean and bright, with a comfy bed and plenty of towels. The location was unbeatable, right in the center and close to the metro. The staff was incredibly kind and even bought and delivered a brand new iron to my room. Plus, the self-check-in process with the app was a cool and convenient feature.

One small suggestion for improvement would be to offer a better breakfast option.
